Why do I need to "Pay with PayPal" to checkout?  PayPal is our payment processor.  Once you click Pay with PayPal, a box will open up and you can select Checkout as Guest and pay with any debit/credit.  However, be aware your device may recognize you and automatically sign you in to PayPal.  You can simply log out and then select continue as guest if you do not wish to use your PayPal account.

 

How much is shipping?   We ship all US orders for only $6, including to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.

 

Do you ship APO?  Yes, $6 shipping.

 

How much is shipping to Canada and the UK?   Shipping charges to Canada and the UK vary, depending on package weight AND value.  To determine the best shipping rate, please email us at happypiperstore@gmail.com

 

We only ship internationally using USPS to avoid added brokerage fees with UPS/Fed Ex, etc.  However, buyers are responsible for any import/province taxes.

 

How long does it take to get my order?  We generally ship next business day.  Average time to receive your order is 4-5 days.  Canada orders typically take 7-10 business days.  However, delays with the postal service do occur and we have no control over that.

 

Can I order online and pick up in store?  Yes!  All pick up in store orders are typically ready within 2 hours, of normal business hours.  You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready!
