A new silicate-based lining, similar to meerschaum, was developed in collaboration with mineralogists.
The brand new, white “VAUEN-lining” represents a consistent enhancement of the classic meerschaum-lining and is characterized by its special properties such as very good heat resistance, food-safeness and excellent moisture absorption. It is also odorless and tasteless.
The high-contrast Lime series impresses with a pipe bowl made of finely textured oak wood with a whitewashed surface. The white silicate-based ‘VAUEN-lining’ not only improves the smoking properties, but also artfully complements the monochrome look.
